Rosa Weber reafirma que calendário eleitoral de 2020 está mantido
Rosa diz ainda que é prematuro tratar de adiamento das eleições municipais e que essa avaliação é compartilhada pelo vice-presidente do TSE, ministro Luís Roberto Barroso.
A presidente do TSE, Rosa Weber, afirmou em nota que “ainda há plenas condições materiais” de cumprimento do calendário eleitoral deste ano, apesar da pandemia do novo coronavírus.
“O Tribunal segue orientando suas ações no sentido do estrito cumprimento das etapas do calendário. Estas, em essência, estão previstas pela legislação federal e pela Constituição da República.”
