Petrolina: 360 Milhões! O que fazer com tanto dinheiro?
Postura da Casa, poderá ressoar mal, em um futuro próximo.
Aprovado na sessão plenária de terça-feira, (4), por 22 votos, o projeto de lei referente à Lei Orçamentária Anual (LOA) para o exercício de 2019, de autoria do governo Novo tempo, causou polêmica na Casa Plínio Amorim. Uma insatisfação geral que veio da bancada oposicionista, principalmente da vereadora Cristina Costa (PT), faz sentido, e a postura da Casa, poderá ressoar mal, em um futuro próximo.
O remanejamento orçamentário de Petrolina a que Miguel Coelho tem direito, em 2019, será de 40% , e isso ,sem pedir autorização dos vereadores. Sabe o que isso quer dizer? Que o prefeito poderá mexer em 360 milhões anuais como desejar e bem entender! E os fiscais do povo, nesse caso, os próprios vereadores, nem precisarão saber em que foi gastado o dinheiro. Pode? Sim pode! Os vereadores aprovaram isso
