O Tribunal Regional Eleitoral (TRE) notificou a campanha do governador e candidato à reeleição, Paulo Câmara (PSB), neste domingo (02), determinando a retirada imediata da propaganda do Governo na web. A denúncia foi feita pelo departamento jurídico da campanha do senador Armando Monteiro (PTB), que apresentou ao TRE prints das páginas de facebook do Governo com material veiculado recentemente.
“Além disso, Paulo estava usando imagens oficiais e até logomarca em sua fanpage. Um completo abuso de poder e desrespeito à Lei”, afirmou Walber Agra, coordenador jurídico da campanha de Armando. A decisão do Tribunal, assinada pelo relator Alexandre Freire Pimentel, estabelece o prazo de 24 horas para a retirada da propaganda e estipula multa de R$ 5 mil, por dia, em caso de descumprimento.
“Suspensão da exibição de toda e qualquer publicidade institucional atualmente existente nos canais de comunicação social do Governo do Estado de Pernambuco, tanto meio físico quanto na internet, incluindo aquelas que tenham sido veiculadas em período permitido”, afirma Pimentel na decisão que está publicada no site do TRE.
