STF suspende transferência de Lula para presídio de Tremembé
O petista deve seguir preso na superintendência da Polícia Federal em Curitiba
Por maioria de votos, Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) acolheu nesta quarta-feira, 7, parcialmente pedidos da defesa do ex-presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva para suspender a decisão proferida pela juíza Carolina Lebbos, da 12ª Vara Federal de Curitiba, que autorizou a transferência do petista de Curitiba para São Paulo, com base em um pedido da Polícia Federal.
Dessa forma, o petista deve seguir preso na superintendência da Polícia Federal em Curitiba.
O advogado Cristiano Zanin Martins fez três pedidos ao STF: que conceda liminar para restabelecer a liberdade plena de Lula; subsidiariamente, suspenda a decisão de Carolina até o final do julgamento de habeas corpus; e que assegure ao ex-presidente o direito de permanecer em Sala de Estado Maior.
O STF formou maioria para acolher os pedidos secundários da defesa de Lula.
