Juízes eleitorais darão o tom em Petrolina
A música das eleições em 2020, vai tocar no tom certo.
A Justiça Eleitoral pretende ser mais rígida com partidos que fraudam candidaturas femininas para cumprir a determinação de que 30% dos concorrentes a vagas de vereador sejam mulheres. As eleições de novembro deste ano serão as primeiras em que estará valendo uma resolução que permite ao juiz derrubar uma lista inteira de candidatos a Câmara Municipal antes mesmo da votação, caso a irregularidade seja constatada. Para acelerar este processo, partidos terão que apresentar autorização por escrito de todas as candidatas, o que não vinha acontecendo desde que o registro foi informatizado.
Em Petrolina, os Juízes eleitorais mostraram que nessa eleição, o tom não será desafinado. Na segunda-feira (31), o juiz da 83ª Zona Eleitoral de Petrolina (PE), Elder Muniz de Carvalho Souza, determinou a interrupção da divulgação da primeira pesquisa para prefeito da cidade, realizada pelo Instituto Potencial em parceria com o blog Magno Martins.
A decisão segue até que o mérito seja julgado. O Partido Verde (PV) foi quem ajuizou a representação contra o levantamento. Um dos pontos que gerou discussão foi a não inclusão do pré-candidato do Psol, Dr. Marcos Heridijânio.
“O que percebe é que a POTENCIAL CONSULTORIA E PESQUISAS EIRELI / POTENCIAL CONSULTORIA E PESQUISAS não se cuidou de apresentar os percentuais para as variáveis de sexo, idade, grau de instrução e nível econômico de forma que se viabilizasse o cotejo com o universo populacional”, diz trecho da decisão.
