A administração do município de Joinville terá que indenizar um aluno de escola municipal que teve que amputar o dedo após cair durante brincadeira em mureta da instituição de ensino. O município terá que pagar R$ 10 mil por danos morais e R$ 15 mil por dano estético.
O caso
Em 2011, o aluno estava na escola quando se pendurou em uma armação de aço que sustentava uma cerca de proteção e caiu. Ele usava um anel, que engatou na cerca, o que ocasionou o ferimento no dedo médio da mão esquerda.
A lesão foi grave: além de uma ambulância, o helicóptero Águia, da Polícia Militar, também foi acionado.
