Uma decisão monocrática do ministro Admar Gonzaga Neto , proferida na noite desta segunda-feira (19) suspende os efeitos da decisão anunciada pelo desembargador de Pernambuco, Itabira de Brito Filho, do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado (TJPE).
Na decisão, o Juiz pernambucano impedia o andamento do processo de dissolução do Diretório Estadual do partido em Pernambuco que foi pedido pelo Diretório Nacional. Na nova decisão do ministro de Brasília, ficou entendido que a matéria era da competência da Justiça Eleitoral, pois o que está em jogo, é o prazo para a janela partidária.
Agora, uma nova reunião para continuar o processo de dissolução do MDB acontecerá nesta terça feira (20),na sede nacional do Partido, em Brasília.
