No seminário recente que o PSB promoveu em Gravatá, o assunto foi levado à mesa em conversas reservadas e elas envolvem o ex-prefeito de Petrolina, Júlio Lossio, filiado ao PSD.
Nos bastidores, socialistas contam com uma candidatura de Lossio no rol das que podem representar o governo na corrida pela Prefeitura de Petrolina. Ele já foi à mesa com o deputado Lucas Ramos, que também já colocou seu nome à disposição do partido. Lossio e Lucas tiveram uma conversa sobre o tema em Petrolina na sexta retrasada. Em entrevista à Rádio Folha FM 96,7, Lucas chegou a afirmar ter sido “rifado” em 2016, mas assegurou que tem disposição para uma disputa majoritária em 2020.
As costuras em andamento têm a ver com o seguinte: Petrolina terá, agora, uma eleição de 2º turno. A tese de múltiplas candidaturas passou a ser trabalhada dentro do PSB com base nisso, e ela contempla o projeto de Odacy Amorim, do PT. Lucas tem defendido, junto ao PSB, que o partido tenha candidatura própria e respeite as candidaturas de partidos que compõem a frente, a exemplo do PT, de Odacy, e do PSD, de Lossio.
