Alguns caminhoneiros que fazem a distribuição de água em carros-pipas no município de Parnamirim, cidade a 562 km da Capital, reclamam que estão sem receber o dinheiro do contrato por parte da Defesa Civil estadual há mais de cinco meses.
Os trabalhadores ainda se queixam que as dívidas estão se acumulando e por conta disso está se tornando inviável continuar a fazer a distribuição. “Praticamente, estou com o meu caminhão perdido, estou com dívidas no posto de combustível e nas casas de peças.”, sem se identificar, relatou um pipeiro. Os pipeiros trabalharam de junho a novembro e receberam, mas de lá para cá, ainda não receberam .
