Mais uma vez o vereador Domingos de Cristália, perdeu por 7 a 0, referendando aquilo que tínhamos escrito dias atrás, quando dizíamos, que muitos já sabiam do resultado. E assim aconteceu.
O Tribunal Regional Eleitoral (TRE-PE) analisou nesta segunda-feira (19), o agravo regimental e os embargos referentes à liminar que estava mantendo Domingos de Cristália (PSL) no cargo de vereador de Petrolina.
Domingos que foi cassado no último dia 9 de julho, sob a acusação de abuso de poder econômico e político nas eleições 2016, conseguiu por meio de um mandado de segurança retomar o mandato após uma liminar favorável concedida pelo Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE). Essa liminar que sustentava Domingos de Cristália caiu hoje, após o veredicto do TRE-PE. Agora, Alvorlande Cruz, será reempossado.
