Bandeira tarifária aplicada na conta de luz ficará mais cara
O mecanismo, que visa sinalizar ao consumidor as condições de geração de energia, aumentando custos quando há menor oferta, agora poderá resultar em cobrança adicional
A diretoria da Aneel (Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica) aprovou em reunião nesta terça-feira (21) um reajuste, elevando custos extras gerados pelo acionamento das chamadas bandeiras tarifárias na conta de luz. O mecanismo, que visa sinalizar ao consumidor as condições de geração de energia, aumentando custos quando há menor oferta, agora poderá resultar em cobrança adicional de R$ 6 a cada 100 kilowatts-hora quando no patamar vermelho nível 2, que sinaliza um nível mais crítico de oferta.
Antes, a bandeira vermelha nível 2 gerava um adicional de R$ 5 a cada 100 kwh. Já a bandeira vermelha nível 1 passará a representar adicional de R$ 4 a cada 100kwh. A bandeira amarela também será reajustada, para gerar adicional de R$ 1,5 a cada 100kwh, contra R$ 1 antes.
“A alteração foi especialmente motivada pelo déficit hídrico do ano passado, que reposicionou a escala de valores das bandeiras”, afirmou a Aneel em nota, em referência a uma menor geração das hidrelétricas devido ao baixo nível dos reservatórios. A metodologia utilizada pela Aneel para definir o acionamento das bandeiras também passou por mudanças, o que segundo a agência possibilitará que o mecanismo tarifário retrate com maior precisão a conjuntura energética.
Após ficar entre janeiro e abril no patamar verde, que não gera cobrança extra, a bandeira tarifária foi definida pela Aneel para maio como amarela. Especialistas avaliam que o final do período tradicional de chuvas na região das hidrelétricas, que vai até abril, deve fazer com que a bandeira fique no patamar vermelho ou vermelho nível 2 nos próximos meses, um cenário que poderia se prolongar até novembro.
