Pessoas que fazem uso do auxílio-doença ou aposentadoria por invalidez há mais de dois anos deverá passar por uma avaliação do INSS com o objetivo de verificar se o segurado já deveria ter voltado a rotina de trabalho. Calcula-se que o governo vai revisar cerca de 530 mil auxílios-doença e mais de 1 milhão de aposentadorias por invalidez.
Pensando nisso, o UOL descreveu as quatro situações em que o benefício pode ser cancelado. Confira:
1) Perícia
O INSS convoca os segurados para uma perícia, que é realizada por carta com aviso de recebimento. Caso a pessoa não tenha sido encontrada, o aviso é publicadono Diário Oficial da União. Se, mesmo neste caso, o agendamento não for marcado, o benefício é suspenso por 60 dias. O segurado corre o risco de perder o auxílio-doença ou aposentadoria por invalidez se não fizer a marcação da perícia dentro deste prazo.
2) Faltar a perícia
O benefício é cancelado caso a pessoa marque a perícia e falte no dia do agendamento.
3) Voltar a trabalhar
O auxílio-doença ou aposentadoria por invalidez não é válido caso o segurado esteja exercendo algum trabalho remunerado. O auxílio poderá sem cancelado. De acordo com a reportagem, uma perícia poderá ser marcada em alguns casos.
4) Perito diz que segurado está apto para voltar ao trabalho
O benefício pode ser cortado caso o perito do INSS diga que a pessoa está apta para voltar ao trabalho, após a perícia.
