juiz federal Sergio Moro autorizou, na noite desta quarta-feira (11), que a defesa do ex-presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva acesse todo o conteúdo do HD que foi apreendido com o empresário Marcelo Odebrecht.
O aparelho guardaria e-mails datados entre julho de 2010 e março de 2012. As mensagens foram entregues à Justiça em fevereiro deste ano no processo em que o ex-presidente e o empreiteiro são réus por suspeitas de que a companhia ter comprado um terreno para sediar o Instituto Lula.
A defesa deve obter acesso ao conteúdo até 24 de abril. O magistrada também permitiu que a defesa inclua mensagens e arquivos específicos ao processo até o dia 30. Após o prazo, Moro deve abrir período para as partes apresentem as alegações finais.
Também na quarta, o advogado de Lula, Cristiano Zanin Martins, discutiu com Moro durante uma audiência. A defesa do ex-presidente questionou a autenticidade do material apresentado por Odebrecht e pediu acesso ao conteúdo.
Como a falta de acesso a esses aquivos estaria prejudicand seu trabalho, Zanin afirmou então que não teria perguntas a fazer ao empreiteiro.
“Eu acho que é um pouco brincadeira da defesa”, retrucou Moro. “Não, brincadeira não é”, respondeu Zanin.
