A Lingua falou, ninguém quis ouvir, e aí? Vereador junior Gás é cassado em Petrolina
De acordo com a liderança do PSOL, o Ministério Público de Pernambuco deu parecer favorável ao processo, que já investigava o parlamentar por supostamente ter utilizado de candidaturas falsas, com o único objetivo de compor a cota mínima de 30% de mulheres candidatas no partido.
Um processo que parecia ser novo, e que tramitava desde 2020, segundo integrantes do PSOL de Petrolina e, que fora notificado ainda no final do ano passado. Enfim, foi julgado em Petrolina. O documento que pedia a suspensão do diploma do vereador eleito, Junior do Gás (Avante), por fraude eleitoral estava parado em Petrolina. E a pergunta era: por quê?
Porém , informação que recebemos é que caso a suspensão do mandato do vereador foi concedida pela Justiça, quem pode entrar na vaga de Júnior é a ex-candidata do PSOL, Lucinha Mota, que recebeu quase 3 mil votos em novembro de 2020. Nós, na época avisamos ao Avante e ao próprio Junior Gás, mas não nos deram ouvidos.
Nesta terça – feira (24) a Justiça Eleitoral por meio da zona eleitoral 083ª de Petrolina – PE, JULGOU PROCEDENTE, o pedido de Ação De Impugnação De Mandato Eletivo do Partido Avante em Petrolina. De acordo com o documento, ficou reconhecida a ocorrência de FRAUDE no Demonstrativo de Regularidade de Atos Partidários (DRAP), apresentado pelo PARTIDO AVANTE, para o cargo de VEREADOR, nas Eleições Municipais 2020, no município de Petrolina/PE, consistente na utilização de candidatura fictícia do gênero feminino, em burla expressa ao determinado no art. 10, § 3º, da Lei n. 9.504/97.
Na condenação, o Juiz Eleitoral – Elder Muniz de Carvalho Souza destaca ainda que “determinou a Cassação do mandato eletivo e também dos diplomas obtidos pelos candidatos a vereador, titular e suplentes, que concorreram pelo AVANTE na eleição proporcional, declarando nulos todos os votos atribuídos a referida à sigla , e consequentemente, determinou a redistribuição dos mandatos assim conquistados aos demais partidos políticos que alcançaram o quociente partidário no pleito em questão.
O vereador destacou que a sentença cabe recurso e vai recorrer da decisão.
