O trabalho é uma reflexão sobre as representações das mulheres nordestinas presentes no cinema brasileiro da década de 1980.
Uma pesquisa acadêmica que virou livro, conta como as mulheres nordestinas foram representadas no cinema brasileiro na década de 1980. O livro “Feminismo no cinema brasileiro da década de 1980: a representação das mulheres nordestina nas telas”, da professora da UNEB, Carla Conceição da Silva Paiva, será lançado dia 30 de novembro, em Petrolina.
“O trabalho é uma reflexão sobre as representações das mulheres nordestinas presentes no cinema brasileiro da década de 1980 e a relação dessas encenações com o movimento feminista da época”, explica a professora Carla, que é pesquisadora com experiência na área de comunicação, educação e artes, com ênfase em Cinema, concentrando seus estudos, principalmente em representações de gênero e sexualidade, cinema brasileiro, mulheres, cinema-história, nordeste, feminismo.
O livro “Feminismo no cinema brasileiro da década de 1980: a representação das mulheres nordestina nas telas”, como parte da programação da Janela 353, em Petrolina, às 19h, do dia 30 de novembro na Mostra Sesc de Cinema em Pernambuco, que acontecerá dos dias 22 a 30 de novembro.
Sobre a autora
Carla Paiva é formada em Comunicação Social Relações Públicas, com especialização em Relações Públicas, mestrado em Educação, doutorado em Multimeios e aperfeiçoamento em Intensivo de Cinema Digital pela Academia Internacional de Cinema. Atualmente, é professora Adjunta da Universidade do Estado da Bahia, atuando na graduação em Jornalismo e no mestrado em Educação, cultura e Territórios Semiáridos.
