Deputada Flordelis mandou matar o marido aponta Polícia Civil

As investigações sobre a morte do pastor Anderson do Carmo concluíram que sua viúva, a deputada federal Flordelis (PSD-RJ), foi a mandante do assassinato, diz a Polícia Civil. Ela foi denunciada à Justiça por cinco crimes. Nesta segunda-feira, equipes da Delegacia de Homicídios de Niterói, São Gonçalo, Itaboraí e Maricá (DHNSGI) e do Ministério Público Estadual do Rio prenderam sete envolvidos no assassinato.

— Ela foi surpreendida com a nossa chegada. Chorou um pouco. Tem muita gente dentro da casa. O importante é que as prisões foram cumpridas e a investigação chegou ao fim hoje — disse o delegado Antônio Ricardo Lima Nunes, chefe do Departamento de Homicídios, em entrevista ao “Bom Dia Rio”.
Flordelis não pôde ser presa na operação por ter imunidade. Antônio Ricardo disse que encaminhou o caso para instâncias superiores:
— O parlamentar tem a sua imunidade. Ele só pode ser preso em flagrante, por crime inafiançável. Então, ela responderá pelo crime, como mandante. E nós também pedimos medidas cautelares — destacou o delegado.
