A Autarquia Municipal de Mobilidade de Petrolina (Ammpla), juntamente com o Sest/Senat, definiu a programação para comemorar a Semana Nacional do Trânsito que acontecerá de 18 a 25 de setembro. Com o tema “Minha Escolha faz a Diferença no Trânsito”, a Semana Nacional do Trânsito terá abertura oficial segunda-feira (18), às 08h30, no auditório do Senai.
A programação continuará na terça-feira (19) com palestras em escolas municipais e na Companhia Hidrelétrica do São Francisco (Chesf), em Sobradinho. Ainda durante toda a semana serão realizadas blitz educativa nas ruas e orientações nas escolas feitas pelos Agentes de Trânsito.
Como parte das atividades, no dia 23, Dia Nacional do Agente de Trânsito, será prestada uma homenagem a esses servidores que tanto contribuem para um trânsito mais seguro. O evento acontecerá na quadra de esportes do Sest/Senat, a partir das 08h.
