O senador Fernando Bezerra Coelho rechaçou veementemente os boatos de que seu filho, o prefeito Miguel Coelho, recém-filiado ao MDB, vá deixar a legenda para ingressar no novo partido criado pelo presidente da República, Jair Bolsonaro, o Aliança pelo Brasil. “Não tenho nem o que comentar”, afirmou à imprensa de Petrolina, na última sexta-feira (22).
FBC, que faz parte da executiva estadual do MDB, disse que o recente ato de filiação de Miguel foi prestigiado por diversos correligionários dos quatro cantos de Pernambuco e faz parte da estratégia de fortalecimento da legenda. “Vamos continuar filiando e definindo novas candidaturas pelo MDB até o período de filiações, que vai até 3 de abril do próximo ano”, declarou.
