A bancada de situação na Casa Plínio Amorim, aprovou com ampla maioria de votos na sessão plenária desta terça-feira (12), um projeto de autoria do Executivo que chegou à Casa em para ser lido e votado.
Dentro do projeto , a proposta referente à modificações do Conselho Municipal de Meio Ambiente(COMDEMA).
O projeto não havia entrado na pauta, mas como ela está sujeita a alterações, o projeto teve o aval da presidência e pode ser colocado para votação em regime de urgência urgentíssima.
Os integrantes da bancada de oposição, até tentaram e pediram para conhecer primeiro os detalhes do projeto, solicitando que o mesmo fosse votado na próxima sessão, mas não foi possível. O presidente da Mesa Diretora vereador Osório Siqueira (PSB), justificou que somente o Executivo tinha a prerrogativa de retirar a matéria. Dessa forma, o projeto foi colocado em votação, obtendo 11 votos favoráveis.
Os oposicionistas Professor Gilmar Santos (PT), Cristina Costa (PT), Domingos de Cristália (PSL) e o líder da bancada, Paulo Valgueiro (PMDB), se abstiveram da votação.
