PRF determina cumprimento da suspensão e recolhimento dos radares móveis nas estradas federais
A medida ocorre após determinação da Presidência da República, publicada nesta quinta, no Diário Oficial da União
Polícia Rodoviária Federal (PRF) emitiu, um ofício que determina o cumprimento imediato da suspensão da fiscalização feita por radares estáticos, móveis e portáteis nas estradas federais.
Por meio de nota, a PRF informou que esta decisão administrativa determina que todos os gestores e servidores da polícia adotem as providências necessárias para o imediato cumprimento da decisão administrativa da Presidência da República, publicada no Diário Oficial da União, nesta quinta-feira (15).
A ordem prevê interrupção do uso e o recolhimento dos medidores de velocidade, até que o Ministério da Infraestrutura conclua a reavaliação da regulamentação dos procedimentos de fiscalização eletrônica de velocidade em vias públicas.
De acordo com a norma publicada no Diário Oficial da União, a medida tem por objetivo “evitar o desvirtuamento do caráter pedagógico e a utilização meramente arrecadatória dos instrumentos e equipamentos medidores de velocidade”.
Vale lembrar que esta medida não vale para radares fixos, que vão continuar funcionando.
