Crescimento: Dados divulgados pela Agência Estadual de Planejamento e Pesquisa (Condepe/Fidem), nesta terça-feira (13), demonstraram que houve um crescimento de 2% do Produto Interno Bruto (PIB) de Pernambuco em relação ao ano de 2016.
De acordo com a agência, a principal responsável por impulsionar os resultados positivos do ano foi a agropecuária. Houve crescimento de 19% nesse setor, em relação ao ano de 2016. Na comparação do quarto trimestre de 2017 com o de 2016, o setor agropecuário apresentou um crescimento de 15,2%.
A agricultura teve destaque na produção de cana-de-açúcar, milho e arroz, segundo a Condepe/Fidem. No período, as lavouras permanentes registraram um aumento de 16,6% no valor produzido, com destaque para a produção de uva. A pecuária também apresentou crescimento nos três últimos meses do ano, com 3,1% de aumento, sendo destaque a melhoria na produção avícola (ovos e aves) e leiteira.
“A gente vem acompanhando os resultados de investimento em Pernambuco todo semestre. Desde então, vimos que apontava para esse número. Temos, notadamente, setores que mostram bastante crescimento, como a agropecuária”, ressaltou o presidente da Condepe/Fidem, Bruno Lisboa.
