A Justiça do Distrito Federal concedeu liminar parcial para barrar a expulsão dos deputados do PSB: Danilo Forte, Tereza Cristina, Fabio Garcia e o ministro Fernando Coelho Filho (Minas e Energia).
“Defiro, em parte, o pedido de antecipação dos efeitos da tutela para vedar ao diretório nacional do requerido qualquer deliberação a cerca da aplicação de penalidades aos referentes”, diz trecho da liminar.
O comando do partido decidiu expulsar os quatro deputados por terem votado a favor da reforma trabalhista do governo Temer, contrariando orientação do partido. Na ocasião, o ministro se licenciou do cargo para votar. A reunião do partido está marcada para esta segunda-feira (16).
