O nome de Jair Bolsonaro (PSC-RJ) aparece como segundo candidato mais bem colocado nas pesquisas de intenção de voto para a Presidência da República. No entanto, até outubro, o deputado federal corria o risco de ficar fora do debate presidencial, pois pretende mudar de partido e se filiar ao nanico Patriota.
Mesmo bem cotado nas intenções de voto, Bolsonaro tinha poucas chances de participar dos confrontos televisionados. Mas as mudanças aprovadas pela reforma política devem beneficiar legendas como o Patriota – que tem três deputados (a menor bancada da Câmara). A sigla precisaria de mais que o triplo disso (10) para garantir a presença de seu postulante ao Planalto nos debates, quorum estabelecido pelo Congresso em microrreforma eleitoral de 2015.
O texto sancionado por Michel Temer há dois meses diminui de dez para cinco o número mínimo de congressistas exigidos para uma sigla emplacar seu candidato nos debates televisivos.
Em relação ao tempo de TV, a Folha de S. Paulo explica que Marina e Bolsonaro, têm 12 e 10 segundos no bloco de 12 minutos e 30 segundos da propaganda – isso se não aliciarem outras legendas para suas chapas–, menos de um décimo do que teriam o PT de Lula e o PSDB de Geraldo Alckmin.
Com a reforma, a nova lei agora fala em “representantes no Congresso Nacional”, ou seja, vale somar não só deputados, mas também senadores. Graças à nova regra, a Rede de Marina Silva atingiria a meta: tem quatro na Câmara e Randolfe Rodrigues no Senado.
No entanto, é importante lembrar que tudo pode mudar em março, mês da chamada “janela partidária”, quando o parlamentar pode trocar de partido sem ser punido com a perda de seu mandato.
A Rede pode sair perdendo com este troca-troca. A reportagem apurou que dois de seus quatro deputados, Alessandro Molon e Aliel Machado, cogitam deixar a legenda.
O Patriota já acredita que a ida de Bolsonaro e seu filho Eduardo, também deputado, já fecha o número de cinco congressistas e, além disso, a filiação da família “promete atrair uma leva de políticos”, diz Adilson Barroso, ex-PSC que hoje preside o Patriota –fundado como Partido Ecológico Nacional e em processo de mudar o nome.
