Lucas Ramos debate atualização e rumos da Secti em Pernambuco
Planejamento é realizar uma nova edição da Caravana de Inovação, percorrendo todas as regiões de desenvolvimento, promovendo ausculta da população e de atores do sistema de CT&I estadual, para colaborarem no processo de modernização das ações da pasta
Diretores e gestores da Secretaria de Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação (Secti) se reuniram, de forma remota, na manhã desta sexta-feira (19/03) para debater a as novas diretrizes e rumos da estratégia de CT&I de Pernambuco. A ideia é atualizar o documento norteador das ações da pasta, em consonância com os recentes avanços jurídicos do setor de inovação, a exemplo do Marco Legal de Ciência e Tecnologia de Pernambuco, sancionado no final de 2020.
Até o final do ano, a depender da situação de saúde pública em Pernambuco, a Secti vai promover uma nova edição da Caravana de Inovação, nas regiões de desenvolvimento do Estado, para envolver a sociedade civil, outros órgãos do Governo e a iniciativa privada na atualização da estratégia de CT&I.
Segundo o secretário de CT&I, Lucas Ramos, além da Caravana de Inovação será desenvolvida uma plataforma on-line para coletar contribuições para o processo de modernização das ações da Secti. “Uma coisa a gente tem a certeza, a de que teremos um ponto de convergência virtual, através de uma plataforma on-line, para que a população, de forma geral, possa dar sua contribuição na atualização da estratégia. Não tomaremos decisões sem consultar todos os atores envolvidos”, enfatizou o secretário.
Lucas destacou ainda a participação da TV Pernambuco nesse processo de divulgação das atividades de ausculta. “A TV PE tem o papel fundamental em disseminar a participação popular, para que as pessoas possam ver essas iniciativas na tela da nossa TV pública”, reforçou.
O Diretor de Políticas de CT&I e Competitividade da Secti, César Andrade, explicou que o processo de atualização da estratégia vai torná-la mais dinâmica e focada em uma visão de futuro, com linguagem moderna e de maior alcance em todo ecossistema de de CT&I do estado.
No final da manhã os gestores se dividiram em grupos temáticos para discutir e analisar a pertinência e adequação dos eixos estratégicos, e seus respectivos objetivos, com foco no futuro de curto e médio prazo.
