O senador Fernando Bezerra Coelho (MDB) não é mais o líder do Governo Temer, cargo que ocupava desde 27 de agosto, quando o senador Romero Jucá (MDB-RR) havia deixado quarta-feira (28), três meses depois, retoma a liderança dos governistas.
Bezerra Coelho apresentou requerimento para se ausentar do país no período de 6 a 20 dezembro, o que foi aprovado por seus pares.
A missão de Jucá ao reassumir a liderança do governo é conduzir a base aliada na votação da medida provisória que o Palácio do Planalto deve enviar ao Senado para garantir a estados e municípios a destinação de 20% do bônus de assinatura dos contratos da cessão onerosa.
O presidente do Senado, Eunício Oliveira (MDB), negocia com o as equipes econômicas do governo de Michel Temer e do presidente eleito, Jair Bolsonaro (PSL), desde a semana passada, um acordo para beneficiar estados e municípios com recursos de leilão ou de exploração de petróleo.
Assim que chegar uma sinalização positiva do Planalto, Eunício deve colocar em votação a proposta de cessão onerosa que veio da Câmara e está pronta para apreciação. Com isso, os senadores retirariam todas as emendas que apresentaram para modificar o texto que, sem alterações, poderia seguir para a sanção de Temer.
Segundo líderes que participaram de reunião com Eunício, o presidente da Casa tem 15 dias para mandar para o Executivo o texto aprovado. Neste prazo, aguardaria a proposta do governo para a partilha.
