“Governo Bolsonaro manchou a reputação dos militares”, diz Eugênio Aragão
Ex-ministro afirma que o Brasil não pode perder a oportunidade de punir todos os golpistas
Em entrevista concedida ao Boa Noite 247 do dia 19, o ex-ministro da Justiça, Eugênio Aragão, abordou diversos pontos relevantes e fez uma análise sobre a votação para tornar o ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro inelegível, prevendo um placar de 5×2. Segundo Aragão, os ministros Kássio Nunes Marques e Aldo Araújo podem ter uma visão mais favorável a Bolsonaro, mas os demais provavelmente votarão pela inelegibilidade. O ex-ministro ressaltou que o episódio de invasão ao Supremo Tribunal Federal em 8 de janeiro deixou uma marca negativa nos juristas, tornando difícil que alguém ignore essa situação.
Aragão também discutiu a possibilidade de Bolsonaro ser condenado em outras instâncias além do TSE. Ele argumentou que, uma vez estabelecida a inelegibilidade pelo TSE, o caso será vinculado ao crime contra o estado democrático de direito e, consequentemente, levado ao Supremo Tribunal Federal, onde Bolsonaro poderá ser indiciado.
Sobre a responsabilização dos militares, o ex-ministro afirmou que há uma movimentação dentro das Forças Armadas para responsabilizá-los. Ele mencionou que até o presidente do STM estaria apoiando uma solução de responsabilização oralmente. Aragão destacou que o envolvimento político dos militares no governo Bolsonaro manchou a reputação das instituições militares, e muitas pessoas estão buscando afastá-los da administração pública devido às suas ações graves de conspiração contra as instituições
