ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), enviou nesta terça-feira (8) seis inquéritos e uma ação penal que tramitam na Corte para instâncias inferiores, entre elas uma investigação sobre o senador Aécio Neves (PSDB-MG), por suposta irregularidade em licitações para construção da Cidade Administrativa, sede do governo do Estado de Minas Gerais.
Os casos saem do âmbito do STF após decisão da semana passada que restringiu o foro privilegiado de parlamentares à crimes que aconteceram dentro do mandato e relacionados ao cargo.O inquérito sobre o senador investiga fatos ocorridos em 2007, quando ele era governador. Agora, o caso será julgado pela primeira instância criminal em Belo Horizonte.
