A Justiça condenou a ex-prefeita de Bom Jardim (MA) Lidiane Leite por Ato de Improbabilidade Administrativa após serem constatados desvios de verba pública destinada à pavimentação de ruas do município.
Conhecida como ‘prefeita ostentação’ por causa do luxo que exibia nas redes sociais, Lidiane Leite terá de devolver R$ 998.691,27. Ela também terá direitos políticos por cinco anos e será sujeita a pagamento de multa civil de cem vezes o valor da remuneração recebida enquanto era prefeita. Por fim, a ex-gestora ficará proibida de contratar com o poder público ou receber benefícios ou incentivos fiscais durante três anos.
O juiz Raphael Leite Guedes, responsável pela sentença, constatou que não foi executado o objeto da Concorrência (nº 01/2013 – Convênio 019/2013/SECID) para pavimentação asfáltica, execução de meios fios, sarjetas, passeios públicos e sinalização vertical e horizontal no município. Também que não foram apresentadas provas da publicidade do processo licitatório para as obras.
Agora, o Tribunal Regional Eleitoral do Maranhão (TRE/MA), bem como o cartório judicial de Bom Jardim serão comunicados para suspender dos direitos políticos da ex-prefeita.
