Para tal escolha os critérios avaliados precisavam passar pelo crivo da simplicidade. Lossio que é um prefeito espalhafatoso e simples viu no colega /secretário e hoje Vereador- Edinaldo Lima ,todas essas possibilidades. Homem simples e honesto, como é chamado por todos. Conhecido como o homem das casas (devido ao programa Minha casa,minha vida), carrega, ainda, a marca da questão da regularização fundiária em Petrolina; mais uma luta que encabeçou.

secretário de Habitação nos dois mandatos do prefeito Julio Emilio Lossio também do PMDB e será candidato a prefeito em 2016.
