INSS prorroga prazo para “prova de vida”
A instrução normativa do Ministério da Economia com o adiamento foi publicada ontem no Diário Oficial da União. As visitas técnicas para comprovação de vida, interrompidas desde março, também continuam suspensas.
O recadastramento anual de aposentados, pensionistas e anistiados políticos está suspenso até 31 de setembro para evitar contaminações por covid-19. O prazo, que acabaria no próximo dia 16, foi prorrogado por causa da pandemia.

Prova de vida
A prova de vida deve ser feita presencialmente. De acordo com a Portaria, também é possível comprovar a vida através de sistema biométrico ou aplicativo móvel, caso essas tecnologias estejam disponíveis.
Representante legal
Para os casos em que o beneficiário não possa realizar a prova de vida, atualmente é possível que ele envie um representante legal ou voluntário para realizar o procedimento.
De acordo com a Portaria, aposentados ou pensionistas sob custódia do Estado ou que estão ausentes do País também precisam aguardar as determinações da Pasta.
Suspensão de pagamento dos aposentados
O aposentado ou pensionista que não comprovar sua vida no mês do seu aniversário terá o pagamento do benefício suspenso. Mas o pagamento será restabelecido logo após a prova de vida.
