Representantes dos poupadores e dos bancos fecharam, na noite desta segunda-feira (11), os últimos detalhes do acordo para o ressarcimento de correções das cadernetas de poupança dos anos 1980 e 1990. Os poupadores receberão à vista as indenizações de até R$ 5.000.
O valor do ressarcimento sofrerá um desconto, que vai variar de acordo com o plano econômico que afetou o poupador.A partir de R$ 20 mil, os descontos variam de 8% a 19%, segundo apurou a reportagem.
A ideia é que os pagamentos possam ser feitos o quanto antes, mas a avaliação inicial é que não dará tempo para sair ainda neste ano. Isso porque o acordo ainda depende de homologação pelo STF (Supremo Tribunal Federal).
O acordo valerá para os poupadores que tinham caderneta durante a vigência dos planos Bresser (1987), Verão (1989) e Collor 2. Os detalhes do acordo deverão ser divulgados pela AGU (Advocacia Geral da União) na noite desta terça-feira (12).
Todos que tiverem ações na Justiça, individuais, coletivas e ações civis públicas, poderão aderir ao acordo em um prazo máximo de dois anos.
O valor total de ressarcimento é de cerca de R$ 10 bilhões e R$ 12 bilhões.
