A prefeitura de Petrolina está preparando uma série de apresentações do tradicional Pastoril que simboliza o louvor dos pastores ao Menino Deus. Tudo isso acontece com chegada do período natalino que traz consigo uma grande expectativa em torno das reuniões familiares.
A dança popular do Pastoril, representa o período do nascimento de Jesus Cristo entre o Natal e a Festa de Reis e será apresentada pelos idosos assistidos nos Centros de Convivência em diversos espaços da cidade. A primeira apresentação acontece na próxima terça-feira (12) na Associação de Pais e Amigos dos Excepcionais (Apae) a partir das 9h30.
