A defesa do ex-presidente Luis Inácio Lula da Silva entrega nesta terça-feira (23) à Justiça, em Curitiba, os recibos do aluguel do apartamento investigado em São Bernardo do Campo, no ABC paulista.
De acordo com a coluna de Mônica Bérgamo, Lula leva um notário para atestar que os recibos estão em bom estado.
A defesa do ex-presidente já havia afirmado ter “vias originais de todos os documentos já apresentados, além de outros 6 recibos de 2011 que também foram localizados, que serão apresentados para que possam, se o caso, serem submetidos à perícia”, afirmou na altura.
A Lava Jato afirmou, na mesma altura, no início de outubro, que não houve pagamento de aluguel entre fevereiro de 2011 e pelo menos novembro de 2015, do imóvel vizinho a Lula, em São Bernardo. No dia 25 de setembro, 25, a defesa do ex-presidente apresentou documentos que contestam a versão dos procuradores.
