Nesta segunda -feira, 05 , a Secretaria de Educação de Petrolina, empossará os novos gestores escolares que tiveram o plano de gestão escolhido em eleição. Esses gestores apresentaram seus planos de Gestão Escolar para os próximos dois anos e foram aprovados pela maioria dos votos da comunidade escolar. A cerimônia será realizada a partir das 18h, no auditório da Uninassau, no Bairro Gercino Coelho.
A secretaria de educação , explica que esta é uma política de um Governo que valoriza a participação da comunidade nos processos de planejamento e decisão, no aperfeiçoamento da gestão democrática e na transparência das ações pedagógicas e administrativas.
“Um bom gestor precisa ter compromisso com a comunidade, conduzir os trabalhos com harmonia e com liderança. O diretor precisa dar o exemplo para que as pessoas que trabalham junto possam se inspirar suas ações”, destacou a secretaria.
