Em linha com o intuito do presidente Michel Temer de buscar o máximo de agendas positivas durante o recesso e tentar superar a crise política causada pela denúncia contra ele, o ministro do Desenvolvimento Social, Osmar Terra, afirmou nesta terça-feira, 18, que a pasta está terminando a formulação de um programa que deve se chamar “progredir”, com o intuito de estimular a microeconomia.
Segundo o ministro, o programa, que será voltado para a inclusão das famílias do Bolsa Família no mercado de trabalho, pode ter até R$ 3 bilhões graças à autorização do uso de 2% dos de recursos dos depósitos compulsórios que os bancos fazem no Banco Central.
“A expectativa é que ajude 1 milhão de famílias”, disse Terra, destacando que é preciso que eles tenham uma proposta de trabalho feitA em parceria com o Sebrae para verificar a viabilidade do microempreendimento.
O ministro conversou com o presidente Michel Temer nesta segunda-feira, 17, mas não deu a expectativa se vai conseguir apresentar o programa fechado ainda durante o recesso. Segundo ele, a pasta está acelerando os trâmites, mas é preciso estar tudo alinhado para que o programa não só apenas lançado, mas “também funcione”.
