Bolsonaro está inelegivel por 8 anos. TSE forma maioria e condena ex-presidente
Especialistas entendem que é um caminho sem volta e, que os políticos da direita brasileira, precisam apontar um nome que possa substituir o nome do ex-presidente, o que para muitos é algo muito dificil.
O Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE) formou maioria nesta sexta-feira (30) para condenar o ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL) e deixá-lo inelegível pelo prazo de oito anos. O voto decisivo foi dado pela ministra Cármen Lúcia.
O placar agora está 4 a 1 pela condenação. Ainda faltam os votos do ministro Nunes Marques e de Alexandre de Moraes, presidente da Corte. Confirmada a condenação e a inelegibilidade, Bolsonaro ficará fora das eleições até 2030.
Porém, tais votos não farão diferença, até porquê, a realidade da inelegibilidade já é fato consagrado. A defesa do ex-presidente, entrará com recurso para reverter a sentença. Porém, o rito não é fácil, haja vista que as peças juridicas que serão produzidas precisam de um novo caminho que demonstre que não houve ataques antidemocraticos por parte de Jair Bolsonaro.
