Governo autoriza reajuste dos preços de medicamentos em até 10%

A Câmara de Regulação do Mercado de Medicamentos (CMED) aprovou o reajuste de preços dos remédios a partir desta quinta-feira, 1º de abril. A resolução está publicada em edição extra do Diário Oficial da União que circula na noite desta quarta-feira. 31. Segundo o texto, o ajuste máximo de preços permitido chega a 10,08%. A resolução traz três porcentuais máximos, de acordo com a classe terapêutica dos medicamentos: 10,08% (nível 1); 8,44% (nível 2); 6,79% (nível 3).
No último dia 15, a CMED já tinha definido em 4,88% o Fator de Ajuste de Preços Relativos entre Setores, denominado Fator Y, que é um dos itens considerados para se chegar ao índice de ajuste dos preços ao consumidor. Além disso, são levados também em conta a inflação acumulada em 12 meses, o fator de produtividade repassado ao consumidor (Fator X), já fixado em 3,29%.
As empresas produtoras deverão dar ampla publicidade aos preços de seus medicamentos, por meio de publicações em mídias especializadas de grande circulação. Esse preços não poderão ser superior aos preços publicados pela CMED no Portal da Anvisa.
