As delações premiadas de executivos da Odebrecht citaram algumas das figuras mais importantes da política recente no Brasil, mas nem todas já são alvos de inquéritos na Justiça. Uma das suspeitas mais comuns é a de receber ou cobrar propinas da construtora para campanhas eleitorais em troca de favores políticos. Veja a seguir quais são as suspeitas sobre os principais nomes que apareceram durante as investigações.
Michel Temer (PMDB), presidente da República: Com “imunidade temporária”, o presidente não pode ser investigado por crimes que não aconteceram no exercício do mandato. A Procuradoria-Geral da República (PGR) não o incluiu na “lista do Janot”, e por consequência ele também não é alvo de inquérito da “lista de Fachin”,embora seja citado em 2 deles.
Dilma Roussef: A ex-presidente Dilma é citada em depoimento sobre repasse de caixa 2 e irregularidades no relacionamento entre o governo federal e a Odebrecht. Como a ex-presidente não tem mais foro privilegiado, as informações foram enviadas para outras instâncias, que devem decidir se abrem investigações para apurar as informações das delações premiadas.
Lula: O ex-presidente Lula é citado em 6 petições enviadas à Justiça Federal do Paraná pelo relator da Lava-Jato no STF, Edson Fachin. Os documentos não mencionam valores, datas e os crimes supostamente cometidos.
FHC: O ministro do STF Luiz Edson Fachin, relator da Operação Lava Jato, encaminhou à Justiça de São Paulo petição para investigar as acusações sobre o ex-presidente FHC nas delações da Odebrecht. No documento, não há informações sobre valores.
Sarney: O nome de ex-presidente e ex-senador aparece 3 vezes como um dos beneficiários de contratos na execução da Ferrovia Norte-Sul, em Goiás, segundo colaboradores da Odebrecht. As informações sobre Sarney foram encaminhadas à Justiça de Goiás.
Eunício Oliveira e Rodrigo Maia: O atual presidente do Senado brasileiro está entre os investigados em inquérito autorizado pelo ministro Fachin, relator da Operação Lava Jato no STF.
O deputado Rodrigo Maia é suspeito de corrupção e lavagem de dinheiro, segundo investigações autorizadas pelo ministro Luiz Edson Fachin, do STF. Ele é citado em 2 inquéritos como suspeito dos crimes de corrupção ativa, corrupção passiva, corrupção praticada contra a administração pública e lavagem de dinheiro.
José Serra: Com base nas delações premiadas e com autorização do STF, Serra é investigado por receber doações ilegais da Odebrecht para suas campanhas em troca de facilitar contratos da empresa no estado de São Paulo.
