O prefeito de Cabrobó, Marcílio Cavalcanti, foi surpreendido por três assaltantes que invadiram sua residência na noite do último domingo (2). Os bandidos roubaram objetos pessoais e dinheiro. Insatisfeitos, os homens foram até a casa da mãe do prefeito mas não levaram nada e retornaram para a casa dele e o trancaram no quarto, local em que só conseguiu sair na manhã desta segunda-feira (3)
Por meio de nota a Polícia Civil de Pernambuco informou que instaurou inquérito para apurar o roubo sofrido pelo Prefeito de Cabrobó. Segundo informações da própria polícia, o caso foi registrado na Delegacia de Cabrobó e o delegado Elioenai Dias já iniciou as investigações.
